Responsibilities • Deliver customised tutoring sessions to students across a range of subjects, including special education needs where applicable, • Assess students’ strengths and areas for improvement to develop effective learning plans, • Utilise diverse teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities, • Monitor and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents or guardians, • Create a supportive and motivating environment that encourages student engagement and confidence, • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and educational professionals to ensure consistent support for students' learning journeys, • Maintain organised lesson plans and resources for efficient session delivery Experience • Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably with children or young learners, • Knowledge of special education strategies is desirable but not essential, • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently, • Experience working with diverse student needs and adapting teaching approaches accordingly, • Enthusiasm for education and a genuine desire to help students succeed
