Shanghai Me – Bund (Club) is looking for energetic and professional Floor Staff (Waiters) to deliver exceptional food and beverage service and create a memorable guest experience in a high-end nightlife environment. This is a night shift role. The club operates until 1 am (Sunday to Thursday) and 4 am (Fridays and Saturdays). What You’ll Do As part of our Bund Floor Team, you will play a key role in delivering seamless food and drink service during our late-night operations. You will: • Provide attentive and professional food and beverage service to guests and members., • Take orders accurately and deliver drinks and dishes promptly following our service standards., • Maintain a strong presence on the floor, ensuring guests receive efficient and personalised service., • Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain an immaculate and organised section., • Communicate effectively with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service., • Maintain knowledge of the menu, drinks, and specials to confidently assist guests., • Ensure service stations are fully stocked with glassware, napkins, cutlery, and garnishes., • Support the team during high-volume service periods., • Assist with the end-of-night closing duties to prepare the venue for the next shift.
