We are looking for enthusiastic full-time and part-time Baristas for our Costa Franchise store in Thornton Heath (CR7 8LF) Candidates must have good verbal communication skills, be flexible and willing to learn a variety of skills. Previous Barista experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Coffee Preparation: Brew coffee and espresso drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences., 2. Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences., 3. Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the coffee shop clean and organized, including the coffee machines, utensils, and dining areas., 4. Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory, including ordering supplies and ensuring that all ingredients are fresh., 5. On the hunt for a friendly, experienced barista who loves a little pressure behind the La Marzocco machine. You must be available on weekends and be comfortable doing two things at once - most likely making coffee and engaging at the same time - shifts start at 7am and finishes by 5:30pm. Evenings off! Shifts will be in both our West Dulwich and Tulse Hill locations. You must be able to travel reliably to SW2 and SE21. Please check this before you apply.
