Operational Coordination and Reporting • Collaborate with recruitment consultants, marketing teams, and senior management to ensure commercial objectives align with operational delivery., • Monitor business performance metrics including client acquisition, revenue generation, and partnership outcomes., • Prepare commercial reports and strategic updates for senior management.
