Your Role • Proactively identify new business opportunities and build relationships with hiring managers., • Develop and manage your own client portfolio under the RAMPART brand., • Work on eligible client opportunities shared by RAMPART., • Source, approach and qualify candidates for permanent positions., • Manage recruitment processes from initial client contact through to successful placements., • Maintain accurate client and candidate records using our recruitment CRM. What We're Looking For We're looking for ambitious, commercially driven professionals who are confident building relationships and motivated by performance-based earnings. Experience in recruitment, B2B sales, business development or account management is preferred. Previous recruitment experience is an advantage, but we also welcome motivated sales professionals interested in developing a career in recruitment. You should be proactive, organised and comfortable developing your own client pipeline. Important Information This opportunity starts as a fully remote, self-employed, commission-only partnership, with no fixed salary or guaranteed income. First-year earnings of up to £80,000 represent performance-based earning potential, not a guaranteed salary.
