About the role We are looking for an experienced Festival & Catering Manager to join our growing team for the 2026 summer season and beyond. This is a full-time role spanning both our festival operations — which peak during the summer months and may take you to some of the most scenic parts of the UK — and our year-round event and corporate catering services across Greater London. Working closely with the founder you will oversee operations from planning through to delivery, ensuring smooth, professional and high-energy service on site. The Night Manager will be responsible for ensuring night audits, closing end of day, and reconciliation is completed correctly and according to company standards and procedures. The Night Manager will be fully responsible for the night receptionist team members, ensuring the property is running smoothly and the highest of customer service is delivered. The Night Manager will have an excellent command of English, both verbal and written; will be an expert in Health & Safety and Security (SIA qualification would be ideal but not a must to be considered for the role).
