Business Performance • Work with management to improve kitchen efficiency and profitability., • Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials., • Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows and service., • Support new menu launches with recipe development, costings and staff training., • Help achieve labour, food cost and profitability targets.
