Key responsibilities: • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment., • Assist with basic food preparation tasks as required by the chefs., • Ensure work surfaces, storage areas, and kitchen floors are clean and hygienic., • Handle deliveries, unpack supplies, and store ingredients correctly., • Support chefs with stock rotation and waste management to maintain high food safety standards., • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. This role is working 3 days a week which are mainly Thursday to Sunday every week. Kitchen Assistant Dinner Shift 5pm - 9pm Tuesday to Sunday

The position consists in helping clearing tables, delivering the food, washing the dishes and sometimes operating a till. The shifts are daily only, no nights and involves weekends. Two days off per week.
