As a Kitchen Assistant at Fallow, you will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen team, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient working environment. Key responsibilities: • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment., • Assist with basic food preparation tasks as required by the chefs., • Ensure work surfaces, storage areas, and kitchen floors are clean and hygienic., • Handle deliveries, unpack supplies, and store ingredients correctly., • Support chefs with stock rotation and waste management to maintain high food safety standards., • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Kitchen Porter 5 Hertford Street is the beautifully appointed private member's club owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley; located in the heart of Mayfair. Washing dishes manually and by using the dishwasher. Maintaining the kitchen work areas in accordance with Food Safety regulations. The Experience & Qualifications required of our Kitchen Porter are: • Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member’s club in a similar role is advantageous, • Flexibility with hours and days The working hours: • Shifts are 9 hours between Monday – Sunday, • Evening shifts (4pm-1am) The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year. This role is working 3 days a week which are mainly Thursday to Sunday every week. Kitchen Assistant Dinner Shift 5pm - 9pm Tuesday to Sunday

The position consists in helping clearing tables, delivering the food, washing the dishes and sometimes operating a till. The shifts are daily only, no nights and involves weekends. Two days off per week.
