    About the Role: We are looking for energetic and reliable Christmas Temporary Team Members to join our Greek street food team during the festive season. Our unit is known for serving high-quality Greek food at incredible speed, and we need people who can bring positive energy, work efficiently, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments, love great food, and want to be part of a friendly, hardworking team throughout December. Key Responsibilities: • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent, friendly service at all times., • Take orders confidently and handle payments using our till systems., • Assist in preparing and serving Greek dishes such as gyros, halloumi, sides, and drinks (training provided)., • Maintain a clean, organised workstation, including food preparation areas, counters, and equipment., • Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times., • Restock ingredients and packaging, monitor stock levels, and report shortages., • Work efficiently as part of a high-output team capable of serving up to 400 customers per hour during peak events., • Uphold the brand’s reputation for delivering high-quality, consistent food with a smile — even when it’s busy! Skills & Qualities: • Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude., • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, energetic environment., • Strong teamwork and communication skills., • Quick learner with good attention to detail., • Reliable, punctual, and willing to get stuck in wherever needed., • Previous hospitality or customer service experience is helpful but not essential — training will be provided. Requirements: • Must be available throughout the Christmas period, including key dates and weekends., • Must be able to work at our Ashford Coachworks permanent site; occasional off-site local events may be included., • Must be comfortable standing for long periods and working in a busy environment., • Must be 16+ (or your legal requirement).     Studio Assistant – Pottery Painting Studio & Café (Weekend availability required) We are looking for a friendly, creative, and reliable Studio Assistant to join our pottery painting studio and café. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for creativity, and thrives in a lively, hands-on environment. Responsibilities include guiding customers with painting techniques, colour choices, and design ideas, preparing materials, and ensuring all finished pieces meet studio standards. You will support events, workshops, birthday parties, and themed activities, as well as assist with glazing and preparing items for kiln firing (training provided). In the café, you will deliver excellent customer service, take orders, prepare drinks and simple food items, operate the till, answer customer enquiries, and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages. The role also involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation across both the studio and café, clearing and resetting tables, washing tools, following health and safety procedures, and keeping equipment and public areas tidy. You will help with inventory by restocking paints, pottery materials, café supplies, and cleaning products, rotating stock, and reporting when items need reordering. Additional duties include unboxing and pricing new stock, packaging completed pottery for collection, taking phone bookings, and supporting the team during busy periods.
