This flagship service will support for men aged 20–40 with mild to moderate learning disabilities and mental health needs, many with a history of trauma, who are leaving prison or at risk of contact with the criminal justice system. Expected outcomes include sustainable recovery, reducing re-offending, improving mental health and wellbeing, and increasing access to education, employment, and positive social networks. The desired outcome is for the people we support to move-on to a less supported environment, within anticipated timescales of 18-24 months This is a unique opportunity to shape a new service from the ground up.
