Support residents with behavioural and emotional needs using therapeutic interventions. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including GPs, psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers. Promote mental well-being and independence among residents. Monitor and document residents' progress, updating care plans accordingly. Ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures and CQC regulations. Provide guidance and supervision to care assistants and junior staff.
