Bare Brew

Bare Brew is an independent coffee shop based in Wanstead, East London, winner of Time Outs Award for Best Coffee spot and runner up for best brunch 2018. We are looking for Barista / FOH team members to join our lovely small team. We strive to produce the highest standard of coffee using quality products and equipment as well as offering full brunch menu with locally sourced fresh ingredients. We serve Square Mile coffee using our Victoria Arduino Black Eagle and Mythos one, we extract our espresso to a fine tuned recipe every shot. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, food and drink, and customer service, they should be willing to pull up their sleeves and get their hands dirty in this fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have: - Experience as a barista in a hospitality environment - Experience making cocktails - Passion for food and drink - Great customer service and people skills - Confidence and an outgoing nature to engage with Bare Brew's customers Start date - as soon as possible The shop is closed on Mondays. 25-30 hours per week

We are opening on the 12th of March Currently looking for a experienced barista to work 6 days a week monday = closed tuesday - friday = 7am - 4pm saturday - sunday = 8am - 4pm

Barista Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other drinks Take orders and process payments Clean and sanitize work areas, seating areas, and equipment Prepare the premises for opening Welcome customers Prepare and serve hot snacks, sandwiches, and cakes Check and order new stock Describe menu items and suggest products to customers Waiter / Waitress Customer service: Greet customers, answer questions about the menu, and provide advice on ingredients Taking orders: Take orders from customers and relay them to kitchen and bar staff Serving food and drinks: Serve food and drinks in a timely manner Table service: Set and arrange tables, clear tables, and return dishes and cutlery to the kitchen Payments: Deliver checks and collect payments Customer satisfaction: Check in with customers during their meal, deal with any complaints, and make sure customers are happy Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and other serving and kitchen staff Health and safety: Adhere to all relevant health department rules and regulations

Experienced Barista!

We are looking for unique professional individuals who are team players and all rounders. Our staff are required to complete all aspects of the cafe, from making coffees, cocktails, food and great standards of customer service. This job isnt for one specific role, but all roles. Needs to have experience or be able to adapt to all roles. Full time positions available to people dedicated to the hospitality industry. Candidates need to be flexible, some early mornings, some late nights, and some weekends. Please contact us.
