Role: Community Care Assistant - Full Time & Part Time Pay Rate: £15.53 Per Hour & 40p Per Mile Shift Times: Mornings 7am - 2pm Evenings 4pm - 10pm. Due to continued expansion, we have opportunities available within our community teams based in Hitchin, Letchworth, and Royston, working within a designated local area. As a Community Care Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting people to remain independent in their own homes. You will provide person-centred care and assistance tailored to individual needs, helping with daily living activities, promoting wellbeing, and enabling people to live safely and comfortably within their community. Duties: • Provide direct care and support to clients in their homes or community settings, • Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, • Administer medications according to prescribed schedules, • Monitor and record clients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals, • Assist with meal planning and preparation, ensuring clients' dietary needs are met, • Carrying out moving and assisting techniques specific to the clients needs., • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering a positive and nurturing environment, • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress -Medication Administration We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career advancement within our organisation.
