Location: Shoreditch, Mainly Remote Hours: Part-time / flexible schedule Start date: ASAP Do you love comedy, live events, and bringing great nights together? We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and organised Comedy Show Coordinator to help run the admin side of our live comedy events. You’ll be part of a small, enthusiastic team putting on regular shows and helping everything run smoothly, from setup to sellout. What you’ll do • Manage show logistics and admin behind the scenes, • Monitor and update tickets on platforms like Eventbrite, Dice, etc., • Filter and manage performer application forms, • Create and update the line-up sheets for each show, • Communicate with comedians, confirming spots and details, • Track and share booking numbers with the team, • Run social media promotions and create show posts/ads, • Have great organisational and communication skills, • Enjoy comedy and have an interest in the live entertainment world, • Are proactive and confident using social media, • Can juggle a few tasks at once and keep things running smoothly, • Flexible part-time hours, • A chance to work in comedy and build industry connections, • Free entry to shows and a supportive, fun environment, • Room to grow with the role as we expand

EVENTS ASSISTANT 1ST OR 2ND YEAR DEGREE STUDENTS ONLY Must be available on quite regular week and weekend evenings. Need someone as Events Assistant ongoing. Helping set up , move props , clear up etc. £15 per hour London. Near Rotherhithe. No experience needed. Hard worker. Must speak English to advanced level. Must have NI number. No set hours. Key Responsibilities: Hosts & Hostesses Welcome guests warmly, manage check-in and seating, assist with inquiries, and help ensure smooth event operations through coordination with event staff. Waitstaff Provide efficient, courteous food and drink service, keep service areas clean and organised, and work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure guest satisfaction. Brand Ambassadors Confidently represent brands, distribute promotional materials, deliver key messaging to target audiences, and gather feedback or data as needed.
