Key responsibilities: • Warmly greet and check in guests, managing room allocations and reservations efficiently., • Handle incoming inquiries, phone bookings, and guest requests with exceptional customer service., • Communicate effectively with floor, bar, and management teams to ensure seamless guest flow and operations., • Master a thorough knowledge of venue systems, private room packages, and food/drink offerings., • Proactively identify and resolve front-of-house challenges to maintain a smooth guest journey., • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
