The ideal candidate will have proven experience in retail management, a passion for high-quality products, and the ability to motivate and guide a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience in a boutique environment. Responsibilities • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance., • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets., • Maintain the store’s visual and operational standards in line with the brand’s luxury concept., • Ensure excellent customer service by setting high standards and leading by example., • Monitor sales performance, analyse results, and implement strategies to maximise profitability., • Manage inventory, stock levels, and product displays effectively., • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally., • Coordinate with management and suppliers to ensure timely product replenishment and promotions., • Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and operational needs.
