At Honest Greens, we are looking for a Restaurant Maintenance Technician with proven experience in maintenance and repair of professional kitchen equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring that our kitchen machinery (cold, heat, and ventilation systems) operates efficiently, supporting the daily pace of our restaurant in London. Your day-to-day will include… • Maintenance and repair of hospitality machinery: ovens, refrigeration units, fryers, etc., • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues quickly and effectively., • Inspection and servicing of industrial HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) systems., • Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on all restaurant installations., • Managing procurement of spare parts, tools, and machinery., • Controlling stock levels and ensuring timely orders of necessary equipment., • Carrying out repairs in electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry when needed., • Coordinating with the Maintenance Department to ensure compliance with our maintenance program. Job Summary We are currently recruiting skilled and reliable Multi-Traders and Painters to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced tradespeople to work on a range of properties, primarily focused on repairs and maintenance for council tenants. Duties • General day -to-day maintenance in residential council properties, • Painting and decorating (and all relevant internal and external works)., • Plumbing, Carpentry or electrical tasks (for multi traders), • Carrying out scheduled works and liaising with admin to ensure works are at correct standard, • Ensuring works are carried out to a high standard, in a clean and respectful manner, • Liaising with tenants and maintaining professional conduct at all time, • Complying with health & Safety regulations on site Requirements Proven experience in a similar role ( multi-trade - painter) Strong knowledge of tools and materials. We are currently seeking a part-time Maintenance Assistant to join our dedicated Maintenance Department. Working closely with our Maintenance Manager and the business owners, this hands-on role is key to supporting the smooth operation of our three dynamic sites: Fallow, our flagship restaurant; Fowl, our neighbouring concept; and our newest opening, Roe, in Canary Wharf. The successful candidate will bring energy, initiative, and a problem-solving mindset to every task. Key responsibilities: • Support day-to-day maintenance needs across all three restaurant sites., • Carry out basic repairs including plumbing, electrics, carpentry, and decoration., • Source and collect materials or parts needed for tasks., • Assist in the planning and execution of preventative maintenance (PPMs)., • Liaise with contractors for quotes, scheduling, and supervision of works., • Maintain workshop tools and stock, ensuring efficient organisation., • Contribute to larger projects such as equipment installation or overnight refurbishments., • Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and with minimal disruption. About you: • Hands-on experience with plumbing and electrical repairs., • Competent in using hand and power tools (e.g. drills, angle grinders, multi-tools)., • Skilled in painting and decorating, with a keen eye for detail., • Familiar with commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, refrigeration, and gas systems., • Basic understanding of fire suppression systems and kitchen safety protocols., • Comfortable liaising with asset management providers to coordinate equipment servicing and repairs., • Organized and proactive, with good time management and communication skills., • A strong awareness of health & safety practices and safe working procedures.
