About the Role: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Plumber and Heating & Ventilation Installer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems across a range of commercial and domestic properties. This role plays a key part in delivering essential services for both new-build and renovation projects under long-term client contracts. Key Responsibilities: • Install and maintain plumbing, heating, and ventilation systems • Conduct fault-finding and repair work on boilers, pipework, and radiators • Work to technical drawings and specifications • Ensure all work complies with relevant safety and building regulations • Liaise with site managers and clients where required • Maintain a clean and professional working environment Requirements: • Minimum NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent international qualification) in Plumbing/Mechanical Engineering • Proven experience in plumbing and HVAC installation • Gas Safe certification (preferred but not essential) • Strong understanding of UK building regulations • Valid UK driving licence (or willing to obtain one) • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Good communication and problem-solving skills
Duties are the assisting of plumbers and trainees in the installation and Maintenance of plumbing and heating in commercial premises, new build site and domestic dwellings and any other associated tasks as required in these fields. Also be able to work on your own with own initiative. Must be at least 3/4 years exp, must have tools and own van.

We are a well-established small family run refurbishment and construction company looking to take on a Labourer/Driver. With experience working on residential and commercial sites in and around the London/Essex area. Day to day work will vary, from general labouring works on a range of properties we look after, to larger renovation and refurbishment projects with no two weeks being the same. The operative will be expected to be flexible, working on one site for months at a time or switching from one to another as the workload requires. Must be trustworthy and reliable. Confident with working on your own and within a team. - Labouring works i.e. assisting tradesmen, keeping site clean, loading/unloading materials, filling skips - Driving works i.e. using company vehicle to collect materials from suppliers and deliver to various sites Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, occasional weekend work as required. £125 per day. Install wooden fixtures such as doors, windows, skirting boards, cabinets, and flooring. Align, join, and fix components using screws, nails, adhesives, dowels, or mechanical fasteners to achieve structural integrity. Check the accuracy and quality of completed work using tools such as spirit levels, squares, and rules. Assess sites or structures for necessary repairs and carry out maintenance on existing woodwork and fittings. Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians and plumbers, to ensure smooth project execution. Adhere to building codes, health and safety standards, and company quality control procedures.
