Job Profile Location: This role is located at our office in North London, close to Archway and Tufnell Park stations. This is an office-based role. Job Type: This is a full-time, permanent position working 40 hours per week; Monday to Sunday on a Rota basis. Salary: We offer and attractive salary for this role which will be dependent upon skills and experience. Key Duties Action all temporary staffing requests. Filling shifts through the internal bank of staff. Ensure all bookings/shifts are accurately logged and allocated on the temporary staffing systems as well as keeping managers and departments updated with developments of the booking status of shifts. Ensure all databases are regularly monitored and updated so that workers are utilised effectively. Act as the first point of contact for all temporary staff, dealing with enquires, recording details of any complaints, and ensuring an excellent and friendly booking experience for all clients and workers. Actively participate in recruitment campaigns where required. Skills & Experience Previous experience working in temporary staffing, recruitment or bookings team is preferable. Experience working within the hospitality sector would be desirable but not essential. Demonstrable administration experience within a fast-paced environment. Sound IT skills with experience using an electronic temporary staff management IT system would be advantageous. Excellent communication skills with good interpersonal skills in order to build relationships, gaining the trust of clients and staff. Highly motivated and proactive individual with the ability to organise and priorities own workload as well as work well under pressure. Night Hotel Receptionist – California Hotel 3* Kings Cross Born in 1985, our 60 bedrooms California Hotel is a unique bed & breakfast, the first property opened within the Megaro portfolio. It has always been the leading character of the company, through its Art Deco look and vibrant bar & Terrace. We are looking to enlarge our family and are looking for an experienced Night Hotel Receptionist, ideally experienced with the role using Rezlynx (PMS system) – although not a must to be considered for the role. The receptionist will be working on-site 4 days a week (12 hrs shifts – 48 hrs per week), monitoring security of the property, responding professionally and promptly to emergency situation; communicating urgent issues to line manager or manager on duty always maintaining a fast correspondence with guests, and assisting as promptly as possible. The ideal candidate will be passionate, well presented with great eye for details, and plenty of passion about customer service and guest journey. The role reports directly to the Front of House Manager and requires someone with superb organisation and communication skills. It is essential to ensure the department is adequately briefed at all times therefore communication is key. The Night Receptionist will: Possess comprehensive knowledge of the company PMS system, Rezlynx. Possess excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Skilled in checking arrivals lists, credit limit reporting and cash handling. Knowledge of standard PC packages and computerized reservations systems. We are looking for an individual to join our Estate Agency in an administrative role in order primarily to assist with the day to day running of the office, offering administrative assistance to our sales and lettings team. They will also manage the day to day accounting of the office which will include the collection of rents, generating invoices and updating our managed properties accounts. In addition, they will also manage their own property portfolio of renewal properties and arrange the signing of new tenancy agreements and other documentation that is required. Full training will be provided, previous property experience is an advantage, however a good knowledge of office systems, i.e. Microsoft office is essential.
