We're building something special—and we need the right team to help level up. We’re now looking for a reliable, fast, and detail-oriented Pizza Prep & Assembly Cook to join our core kitchen team. What You’ll Be Doing 1. Prepping dough, sauces, and toppings for service 2. Assembling pizzas with precision and consistency 3. Running the oven and making sure each pizza hits the PZAZA standard 4. Working closely with kitchen leads and front-of-house team to stay on pace 5. Assisting with setup and clean down of the shop daily 6. Ensuring your station stays clean, stocked, and smooth under pressure You Need To Be 1. Fast, focused, and clean under pressure 2. Comfortable with high-volume prep and service 3. Able to adapt from a ghost kitchen vibe to customer-facing energy 4. Detail-oriented — our flavours are bold, but our standards are tight 5. Kitchen Staff Wanted – Order Taking & Salad Preparation We are looking for a reliable and motivated staff member to join our team. The role involves taking customer orders, preparing salad boxes, and assisting with main kitchen tasks. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential – training will be provided for the right candidate. Full time Sous Chef required to join our small, well-established, friendly kitchen team at dion St Paul's bar/restaurant overlooking St Paul's Cathedral. MONDAY-FRIDAY WITH OCCASIONAL SATURDAYS. Will be the 2nd most senior person in the kitchen with wide ranging responsibilities. Good experience is absolutely imperative along with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and most importantly ability to work as a team. Will work alongside the executive chef to create new dishes for our menu on a seasonal basis. Assist the head chef in managing the other kitchen staff. Help with preparation work before meal services. Requires someone competent with all food and general health and safety requirements. Monitor inventory and ordering as needed.

Collaborating with the head chef and sous chefs to create new menu items or refine existing ones.
