Key Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the international logistics and transportation market, particularly focusing on the UK-China trade lane. Develop and manage a portfolio of clients in various industries, focusing on long-term partnerships and business growth. Understand clients' logistical challenges and provide customized freight solutions, including dry van, flatbed, refrigerated, intermodal, and warehousing services. Familiarity with the international logistics market between the UK and China is essential. Strong understanding of freight brokerage, including knowledge of dry van, flatbed, refrigerated, intermodal, and warehousing solutions. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and carriers. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required, enabling effective communication with clients and partners across both markets. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with global logistics regulations and best practices, particularly between the UK and China. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.

The successful candidate will engage in a broad range of property related activities. The Lettings Manager role will involve a balance of office-based and on-site duties, including: Key Responsibilities: Lettings & Marketing: Overseeing property marketing, conducting viewings with prospective tenants,External agents hiring and closing lettings deals. Developing strategies to maximise occupancy rates, minimise void periods, and optimise rental income.
