We are looking for a versatile Sous Chef who will float across the kitchen, supporting both the main section and the salad and starter section, as well as prep and service wherever needed. You will be working as part of a strong, experienced team in a busy, fast-paced environment, using quality Italian ingredients and maintaining high standards throughout service. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, understands consistency, and can handle volume without compromising quality. You will be responsible for dough handling, stretching, topping and cooking, ensuring every pizza meets our standards. At Rossella, we place a strong focus on training and development.
