Our shop is conveniently located behind the Tate Modern gallery (SE1, London), with Blackfriars being the closest tube/train station. London Bridge Station is also within walking distance. Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the cloud kitchen to ensure smooth food preparation and timely delivery. Ensure that hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are strictly followed at all times. Monitor food quality, portion control, and consistency to meet customer expectations. Oversee stock levels, place orders, and check inventory to avoid shortages or wastage. Handle customer enquiries or complaints that may arise via online platforms or phone. Keep track of sales, expenses, and delivery performance to support business goals. Recruit, train, and supervise staff as required.
