Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the cloud kitchen to ensure smooth food preparation and timely delivery. Ensure that hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are strictly followed at all times. Monitor food quality, portion control, and consistency to meet customer expectations. Oversee stock levels, place orders, and check inventory to avoid shortages or wastage. Handle customer enquiries or complaints that may arise via online platforms or phone. Keep track of sales, expenses, and delivery performance to support business goals. Recruit, train, and supervise staff as required.

A competent, forward thinking individual that’s knows how to properly serve customers professionally. You must be able to prep & cook food for lunchtime service to begin. Through lunchtime service you will have to take orders, making orders for each customer. As a street food vendor serving lunch to our local customers, it’s important to be personable and friendly as they are all returning customers.

Site location: Design District (Greenwich Penynsula) We are looking for a full time Fast Food Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team. Duties will include all aspects of kitchen management, menu development, preparation, cooking of dishes and maintaining high levels of food safety and hygiene. The ideal candidate will have experience in Greek cuisine, advanced delivery platform knowledge and marketing campaings. Shifts fall between 10am and midnight. As weekend days are our busiest times, weekend availability is essential for this role.
