What will I be doing? • Working with the back of house team, maintaining the kitchen to high standards., • Supporting the chefs during busy service., • Keeping the kitchen running efficiently and spotlessly clean during and after service., • Cleaning utensils and dishes alongside general kitchen duties., • Helping with preparing ingredients for the chefs to ensure a smooth and efficient service during peak periods., • Adhering to health and safety procedures within the kitchen. FULL-TIME KITCHEN TEAM MEMBER – MUTLEYS ⏰ Full-Time Position 💷 Competitive Pay (depending on experience) Mutleys is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who can work well under pressure, maintain high food standards, and contribute to a positive team environment. Key Responsibilities • Assist chefs with daily food preparation and ingredient handling, • Prepare vegetables, sauces, garnishes, and other ingredients as instructed, • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all kitchen areas, • Wash dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and cooking tools, • Ensure food storage areas are clean, organised, and properly labelled, • Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures at all times, • Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company procedures, • Assist with stock deliveries and storage of goods, • Support the kitchen team during busy service periods, • Report any maintenance, safety, or hygiene concerns to management Requirements • Previous kitchen experience is preferred, • Positive attitude and willingness to learn, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, • Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene, • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently, • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
