Looking for a part-time tour leader to work with us on our day trips from Central London. The tour visits locations such as Stonehenge. Must be chatty, confident and able to learn some history ! 7am starts so just be near central London and like early starts! Must have PERFECT English to talk on the microphone! Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist customers with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail, • Handle customer inquiries and take orders in person, online, and via phone, • Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer preferences, • Manage till operations and handle cash/card transactions accurately, • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order preparation and delivery, • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and visual presentation of the front area, • Package cakes with care and attention, • Help manage order tracking and customer follow-ups when needed, • Support occasional in-store promotions and seasonal events Training & Growth: Full training will be provided – including cake handling, order systems, and even basics of cake writing and decoration if you're interested! The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone who is very detail-oriented, enjoys engaging with customers, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming front-of-house space. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver outstanding customer service: Greet customers with a smile, take orders efficiently, and ensure a friendly and professional experience from start to finish., • Operate the till system accurately: Handle transactions, issue receipts, and manage order entries with speed and accuracy., • Pack delivery orders correctly: Prepare Deliveroo, Uber Eats, and other delivery orders with attention to detail, ensuring all items are included and packaged securely and according to company policy., • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of front-of-house: Keep counters, customer areas, and the till station clean and tidy throughout the shift., • Assist with stock for front-of-house items: Monitor takeaway packaging, napkins, and other essentials, restocking as necessary., • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team: Ensure smooth order flow and timely delivery of online orders., • Follow opening and closing procedures: Set up and close down the till area and front-of-house space according to company standards.
