About the role: As a Warehouse Team Lead/Shift Manager, you will play a key role in the safe, efficient and effective operation of our Edmonton Distribution operation. Leading a team on shift, you’ll be responsible for delivering daily operational performance while creating an engaging, inclusive and high‑performing environment for your colleagues. This is a hands‑on operational management role, requiring strong people leadership, sound decision‑making and a proactive approach to safety, service and continuous improvement. This role operates on a 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern, and flexibility to work both day and night shifts is essential.
