At Honest Greens, we are looking for a Restaurant Maintenance Technician with proven experience in maintenance and repair of professional kitchen equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring that our kitchen machinery (cold, heat, and ventilation systems) operates efficiently, supporting the daily pace of our restaurant in London. Your day-to-day will include… • Maintenance and repair of hospitality machinery: ovens, refrigeration units, fryers, etc., • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues quickly and effectively., • Inspection and servicing of industrial HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) systems., • Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on all restaurant installations., • Managing procurement of spare parts, tools, and machinery., • Controlling stock levels and ensuring timely orders of necessary equipment., • Carrying out repairs in electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry when needed., • Coordinating with the Maintenance Department to ensure compliance with our maintenance program. Job Summary We are currently recruiting skilled and reliable Multi-Traders and Painters to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced tradespeople to work on a range of properties, primarily focused on repairs and maintenance for council tenants. Duties • General day -to-day maintenance in residential council properties, • Painting and decorating (and all relevant internal and external works)., • Plumbing, Carpentry or electrical tasks (for multi traders), • Carrying out scheduled works and liaising with admin to ensure works are at correct standard, • Ensuring works are carried out to a high standard, in a clean and respectful manner, • Liaising with tenants and maintaining professional conduct at all time, • Complying with health & Safety regulations on site Requirements Proven experience in a similar role ( multi-trade - painter) Strong knowledge of tools and materials. We're looking for a reliable Maintenance Employee to join our team on a part-time basis. What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll support general maintenance tasks across our eight properties/sites, including: • Basic plumbing (e.g., fixing leaks, replacing taps and toilet services), • Minor electrical repairs (e.g, replacing light sockets & fittings, PAT Testing, Emergency light testing ), • Painting, decorating, and general touch-ups, • General handyman work as needed such as plaster boarding repairs and support with the project management of new openings. What We’re Looking For: • Experience in general maintenance and repair work, • A “can-do” attitude and ability to work independently, • Basic knowledge or experience in plumbing, electrical, or painting is ideal.
