The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities: • A passion for food, with a keen eye for presentation and style., • Strong communication skills., • The ability to work well under pressure and be a true team player., • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar fast-paced restaurant or brasserie setting, with a solid understanding of modern British and European cuisine., • Familiarity with Health & Safety and Food Safety practices, although training will be provided. As the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for: • Assisting the Head Chef in maintaining the budgeted gross profit (GP)., • Upholding kitchen standards and training the kitchen brigade.
