Day-to-day duties include: Assisting customers and booking their lights in and out Rewiring lamps, chandeliers, and light fittings Using hand tools and drills to replace broken electrical components. Location: North Acton (around a 10-minute walk from the Central Line Station) Hours: Part-time to start, with the potential to move into full-time as the company grows Rate: £80/Start - £100 per shift Term: Long-term Employment: Self-employed Hours and days are flexible for the right candidate, with opportunities to increase pay as skills and responsibilities develop.

Your role will be both practical with an administrative element. Your qualification and experience will be leveraged to ensure that the business operates, and scaffolding is delivered in line with industry standards and best practice, however you will also be responsible for the erection, modification and dismantling of scaffolding. This role is well suited to someone that is looking for well-paid additional work that can accommodate your existing schedule. You will be paid equally for your time spent on administrative tasks and working on scaffolding and there is potential to grow with the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in accordance with relevant regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment, including lighting, power, and communication systems. Test and diagnose electrical problems using a variety of testing devices and equipment. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including the Wiring Regulations and Health and Safety regulations. Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects within deadlines and budgets. Provide excellent customer service, building and maintaining relationships with clients. Requirements: Minimum of 3 months of experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair. Good knowledge of electrical systems and equipment, including wiring, circuitry, and electrical components. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
