We are looking for a part time receptionist (Sevenrooms) for our restaurant in Soho.

Fallow was founded by three individuals in May 2019, two chefs Jack Croft and William Murray, and career hospitality entrepreneur James Robson. As a Breakfast Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a warm, friendly, and efficient welcome to all guests, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience from arrival to departure. This role involves managing reservations, assisting with guest inquiries, and supporting the front-of-house team to maximize guest satisfaction and table occupancy. Key responsibilities: • Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanour, ensuring a positive first impression., • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimize the dining experience., • Handle phone and email inquiries, providing accurate information and assisting with bookings., • Work closely with the front-of-house and management team to ensure seamless service., • Maintain an organized and efficient reception area., • Assist with special requests and accommodate guest needs whenever possible. Your Role: We are currently looking for an experienced Door Host-Hostess to join our SUSHISAMBA family. The Door Host-Hostess are the first and last point of contact our guests face when visiting our venues, this role requires someone who is incredibly dynamic, and leaves a great first and last impression on each and every one of our guests. You will need to be vigilant at all times and highly organised during our very busy periods in directing our guests to the right restaurant/bar locations, informing the relevant restaurant host on who is arriving, and ensuring the operation runs smoothly.
