Job Summary: The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of assigned properties. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills, capable of ensuring landlord and tenant satisfaction and maximising property value. Responsibilities: Tenant Relations: Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and lease signings. Enforce lease terms and address violations. Build and maintain positive tenant relationships. Property Maintenance: Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs. Schedule and supervise contractors and vendors Ensure properties are clean, safe, and hazard free Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Qualifications: Proven experience in property management. Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
