Key Responsibilities: • Maintain impeccable hygiene by thoroughly washing, cleaning, and sanitising all kitchen equipment, including pots, pans, utensils, and work surfaces, ensuring they are ready for immediate use., • Assist with basic food preparation tasks under supervision, such as peeling, chopping, and organising ingredients., • Ensure all work areas, floors, and storage areas are kept clean and tidy in strict accordance with health and safety regulations., • Support the kitchen team during service hours by ensuring all necessary equipment is clean, available, and restocked., • Manage waste and recycling materials effectively, upholding environmental standards., • Restock supplies and maintain an organised and efficient storage system., • Adhere rigorously to all food safety protocols and hygiene standards at all times. Candidate Profile: • While previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is desirable, comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate., • Familiarity with kitchen safety procedures and hygiene standards is advantageous., • The ability to thrive in a busy environment is beneficial, but not mandatory., • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
