• Assist with basic food preparation tasks under supervision, such as peeling, chopping, and organising ingredients.
• Ensure all work areas, floors, and storage areas are kept clean and tidy in strict accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Support the kitchen team during service hours by ensuring all necessary equipment is clean, available, and restocked.
• Manage waste and recycling materials effectively, upholding environmental standards.
• Restock supplies and maintain an organised and efficient storage system.
• Adhere rigorously to all food safety protocols and hygiene standards at all times.

Candidate Profile:

• While previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is desirable, comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.
