We are looking for a friendly and approachable kitchen porter to join our team. The Kitchen is small but well organised and gets very busy at peak times. ** Responsibilities** Weekly deep cleaning and general day to day open-close cleaning Ability to work quickly and be adaptable Basic food preparation Compliance with all statutory regulations and legislation Food safety and hygiene preferred but not essential Experience preferred but not essential 16-30 hours a week (mostly weekend work but additional shifts available for someone willing and able to learn additional kitchen skills). Open 7 days a week, Kitchen opening hours 9-3 weekdays. 9-4 Saturday and 9.30-3.30 Sunday. Occasional evenings and additional hours required.
