We’re looking for an experienced Line Chef to join our kitchen team on a permanent basis at Mina’s in Belgravia. Duties include: • Prepping ingredients for service. • Following recipes. • Cooking and preparing dishes to a high standard. • Cleaning stations, surfaces, and general kitchen areas. • Washing up and assisting with kitchen porter (KP) duties as needed. • Following the kitchen cleaning schedule and maintaining a hygienic work environment. • Labelling and storing ingredients to meet health and safety standards. • Ensuring ingredient labels are up-to-date. Ability to manage dough preparation, with control and management of dough temperatures, fermentation, and maturation both at room temperature and controlled temperatures. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a pizza chef in a high-quality pizzeria or restaurant. Familiarity with maintaining cleanliness, safety, and organisation in the kitchen.
