Supervise food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency and quality in every dish served. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock without excess waste. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen at all times. Train and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance on cooking techniques and best practices. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Skills: Strong culinary skills with extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines. Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising kitchen teams effectively. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to create innovative dishes that enhance the restaurant's reputation for quality dining. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with both kitchen and restaurant staff. Experience in food production within a restaurant setting is essential, along with a commitment to hospitality excellence.
