Corrochio's in Dalston is gearing up for spring and summer! We’re on the hunt for a part-time barback to join our family. We are after someone with who works in a clean, efficient manner and isn't afraid to turn on the jets when it gets busy. Essential to this role is: - Organised, efficient and clean work ethic - Positive attitude. - Works well in a team and is a true team player (we are all very close and supportive of each other) - Full weekend availability is essential - Reliability and punctuality Your responsibilities would be: - Support the bartenders by providing clean glasses, keeping their bar restocked and assisting with simple drink orders when necessary. - Perform opening and closing duties to the standard set by the business owners and management team. - Ensure the venue is clean and presentable to the public. - Attend training sessions provided by the business Cocktail bartender training is absolutely on the cards for the right candidate. If you don't have bar experience but would like to get into bartending this may be the job for you. You'll be provided a staff meal on every shift.
