A residential building in North West London (Willesden Green) is seeking a reliable and experienced part‑time caretaker to work Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day. Main Duties: • Cleaning of internal and external communal areas, • General building upkeep and reporting maintenance issues, • Basic security checks and monitoring, • Light gardening and grounds maintenance (gardening experience preferable) Requirements: • Previous experience as a caretaker, cleaner, or in building maintenance, • Ability to carry out light gardening tasks, • Strong reliability and attention to detail, • References required Pay: £13.00 per hour Hours: 5 hours per day, Monday–Friday Location: Willesden Green, NW London
