Team Collaboration Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver high-quality childcare services. Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and nursery events. Support the Nursery Manager and senior staff in maintaining smooth daily operations. Qualifications and Experience:Essential:Level 3 Diploma in Childcare or equivalent qualification. Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and early childhood development. Previous experience working in an early years setting. Understanding of safeguarding and child protection protocols. Paediatric First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
