Logistics, Service & Warehouse Assistant - NW10 London Full Time (Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with occasional weekend working) Office role with warehouse and delivery support About the Role We are recruiting a Logistics Service & Warehouse Assistant to support our office and fulfilment operations. This is a varied role combining administration, customer communication, invoicing with hands on warehouse duties including lifting machines (up to 40kg) and assisting with deliveries. You must hold a full, clean UK driving licence as you will drive company vehicles when required. Key Responsibilities • Processing orders, raising invoices, and updating customer accounts, • Managing customer enquiries by phone and email, • Maintaining accurate records, • Coordinating stock movements and updating inventory systems, • General office coordination tasks, • Picking, packing, and dispatching consumable orders, • Preparing and packaging devices for sale, • Lifting and moving machines up to 40kg, • Supporting deliveries and occasional driving duties, • Participating in stock checks and warehouse organisation, • Maintain general cleanliness and organisation around the office to ensure a tidy and welcoming workspace., • Collect and distribute mail from the office mailbox., • Load and unload the dishwasher and keep the kitchen area clean and organised., • Monitor and restock office supplies as needed., • Assist with carrying delivery boxes from the bottom of the stairs up to the office., • Provide general day-to-day support to help keep the office running smoothly. Requirements • Strong office and administrative experience, • Good level of written and spoken English, • Confident using Excel and general computer systems, • Physically fit and comfortable with regular lifting, • Clear, professional communication style, • Reliable, organised, and able to work independently Desirable Experience • Office administration or office manager support, • Warehouse, logistics, or fulfilment experience, • Accounts or invoicing background, • Customer service experience Location NW10, London - must be able to commute reliably.
