🌿 Nursery Manager – Term Time Only (40 Weeks) Location: Rickmansworth Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm Setting: 20-place Preschool We are seeking a warm, organised, and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our friendly preschool team. With just 20 places, our setting offers a close-knit, nurturing environment where you can truly make a difference to children’s early years. About the Role: You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our preschool, ensuring we provide a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for children aged 2–5 years. This includes leading and inspiring the team, maintaining high standards of care and education, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the nursery in line with Ofsted requirements. Lead and motivate a small, dedicated team to deliver outstanding childcare and early education. Ensure a high standard of safeguarding, health & safety, and hygiene practices. Work closely with parents, carers, and outside agencies to support each child’s development. About You: Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 4/5 desirable). Proven leadership experience within an Early Years setting. Strong understanding of the EYFS framework. Excellent communication, organisational, and people skills. A genuine passion for giving children the best possible start in life.
