About The Role of Breakfast Supervisor: Guest Service • Prepare and serve a full range of coffee, tea, and speciality beverages to brand and quality standards., • Provide warm, attentive, personalised service for all guests., • Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting service area., • Manage the breakfast service for the hotel, including making hot & cold beverages, serving tables, and engaging with guests., • Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and point-of-sale systems safely and confidently., • Liaise with management team and suppliers for machine and equipment maintenance., • Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure menu items are available and to communicate any shortages., • Handover efficiently to the evening team and duty management., • Ensure correct food handling, hygiene, and allergen practices at all times., • Manage and order stock such as tea and coffee., • Ensure consistency in product quality, presentation, and taste., • Calibrate equipment daily and monitor product freshness., • Work collaboratively with colleagues across F&B and Front of House., • Deliver barista training for new and existing team members., • Support new team members during onboarding where required., • Previous barista and waiter experience is required; supervisory/management experience is advantageous., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment., • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail., • Flexibility to work weekday and weekend mornings., • Right to work in UK.
