· According to the menu, supervise the Junior curry chefs preparing a range of traditional Indian curries using fresh ingredients, lamb, prawns, and chicken, vegetable, using the best herbs and spices from scratch. · Supervise food preparation to ensure original flavours and well-prepared dishes. · With the assistance of the head chef, create and suggest new meals and ingredients to keep the menu fresh and entertaining. · Maintain the high standard and consistency of each curry dish that is provided in order to uphold our restaurant's outstanding rating. · Examine the quality and freshness of the food given by the supplier. · Keep up with hygiene for health and safety.
