About the Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Pastry Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. Key Responsibilities - - Prepare, cook, and present high-quality pastry and dessert dishes in line with Michelin star standards. - - Take responsibility for the pastry section during service, ensuring efficiency and excellence at all times. - - Assist in the training and mentoring of junior team members. - - Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to maintain and exceed culinary standards. - - Uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized work environment. - -Participate in creative development projects, contributing new ideas for menus, tastings, and seasonal concepts. - Make sure all food preparation meets high-quality and consistency benchmarks. - Assist with ordering, stock control, and minimizing waste.
