About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Pastry Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented pastry chef to bring their Michelin-level expertise to a high-calibre culinary environment, with room for growth and creative exploration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality pastry and dessert dishes in line with Michelin star standards.
  • Take responsibility for the pastry section during service, ensuring efficiency and excellence at all times.
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of junior team members.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to maintain and exceed culinary standards.
  • Uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • -Participate in creative development projects, contributing new ideas for menus, tastings, and seasonal concepts.
  • Make sure all food preparation meets high-quality and consistency benchmarks.
  • Assist with ordering, stock control, and minimizing waste.

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge across a range of classical and contemporary pastry techniques.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional eye for detail, presentation, and flavour balance.
  • A passion for innovation and creative development in pastry.
  • Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
