We are looking for dedicated and skilled Assistant Bakers. You will be a key player in our production team, working closely with our head bakers. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing group where your contribution will directly impact the success of our bakery offerings. Please note - this role works through the night as the production takes place between 10pm and 8am to enable the delivery of fresh items to the sites daily. Key Responsibilities: - A solid understanding of baking techniques, ensuring consistency in every batch. - Commit to a detailed and consistent methodology in the size, shape, and texture of baked goods, maintaining high standards. - Prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently to meet production schedules. - Adhere to proper food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times. Requirements: - A true passion for working with dough which shines through in your work. - Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and working through the night. - Demonstrate reliability and honesty, showing up on time and ready to contribute to the team. - You have everything you need to work in the UK. We are not yet set up to offer sponsorship(but we are working on it).
