Key Responsibilities: • Expertly prepare and cook a variety of authentic tandoori dishes, including various breads (naan, roti), kebabs, tikkas, and other specialties, ensuring exceptional taste and quality., • Manage and maintain the tandoor oven, ensuring proper temperature control and safe operation., • Oversee the preparation and seasoning of ingredients specific to tandoori cuisine., • Monitor food production and ensure consistent quality and presentation of all tandoori items to the highest standards., • Maintain impeccable hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen, particularly around the tandoor section., • Contribute to menu development and innovation, introducing new and exciting tandoori creations., • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Tandoori Chef in a busy restaurant environment., • In-depth knowledge of tandoori cooking techniques, spices, and authentic recipes., • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards., • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations., • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
