Leading and supporting a team, you will:Designing a varied menu that reflects our residents' tastes and supports their nutritional needs.Ensuring mealtimes are always a high-quality experience.Maintaining the highest food standards.Supporting, training and directing the kitchen teamMentoring and motivating on quality, safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.Assisting the General Manager in developing and managing the budgetary, human and material resources within the department.About UsWelford Healthcare was founded in 2017 with the goal of building a boutique collection of quality care homes across the UK.
